A local, family-run property developer partnering with landowners to create thoughtfully designed homes for our community.
Get In TouchHello and welcome! 👋 We're Mike and Angelica Turnbull and we're so pleased you're here! We live with our three young children just outside Henley in South Oxfordshire. We first started researching how to develop properties several years ago when high house prices and a not-so-high budget got us thinking out-of-the-box—I'm sure many of you can relate!
We know so many other families who deserve a great place to call home, and this is why we've committed to a mission: to develop quality family homes for our community. We approach every site with a deep sense of commitment, ensuring a thoughtful and sensitive planning process that respects the legacy and potential of the land we work with.
To bring this vision to life, we've partnered with BuildUp, led by Rosey Cassidy—a collaborative network of specialists in planning, construction, and finance. This partnership combines the resources and expertise of an established developer with the personal attention and local understanding that only a family-run business can provide.
If you're a landowner considering your options, we understand this is about more than property—it's about legacy and finding the right stewards for your land. We'd welcome the opportunity to discuss how our approach might align with your vision for the site's future.
We identify properties or land with residential potential through site sourcing software. We obtain the owner's details by either i) purchasing a title deed from the UK Land registry; ii) UK Companies House or; iii) speaking to one of the locals in the village.
You will receive a letter from us- and if you're interested, drop us an email or give us a call to have an informal discussion about the site. We understand decisions around properties are personal and often complex. Our approach is straightforward and transparent. We don't require any commitment from you at this point.
We will go through the appraisals together- what can be built, planning constraints and the potential sale price of the site.
If you're happy with our appraisal, we will draft an option agreement for the purchase. Specifically how much you will get paid and when will the payment go through.
We will then submit what we have discussed to the local planning authority.
